Club 27 is a unique, and stylish event venue located in the River Market in downtown Little Rock. It's a popular choice for hosting a wide variety of events, including weddings ceremonies, wedding receptions, wedding after parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, corporate business events, political events, Christmas parties, holiday parties, school reunions, birthday parties, proms, school reunions, and more. The venue has an area of 3300 sq-ft and features a sleek design, with a modern aesthetic that can be tailored to fit different types of celebrations for up to 200 guests in a standing configuration, or up to 150 seated. The space is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. Rates
Saturday
$2500 for 5 hours.
$300 per additional hour.
$500 security deposit*
Friday
Venue is available for rental for events ending no later than 9pm.
$300 per hour (3 hour minimum).
$300 security deposit*
Any time required for decoration or vendor setup and breakdown (DJ, caterer, florist, etc) must be included in the total rental time.
* Security deposit is in addition to the rental fee and it is refundable after the event provided the times are fulfilled as stated in the contract, and no damage is done to the venue during the event

Beverages must be purchased from the venue, and served by our staff. We can accommodate to your choice of service (cash bar, open bar, drink tickets, etc). We can provide a price list upon request.

Linens: $16/piece
Stage: $600/event
Sound System for DJ use: $300/event
Tealight votives: $2/piece (we will set them up and light them for the event)
Floating candles with vase: $5/piece (we will set them up and light them for the event)
