EVENT VENUE
Looking for a unique event venue for your wedding reception, Christmas party, rehearsal dinner, birthday, or any other private event? We can help. The venue is conveniently located in the River Market District in Little Rock. Within a walk distance you have access to the best hotels and restaurants in Little Rock. The venue is 3300 sq-ft and it has a standing capacity of 200 guests, or seated capacity of up to 150 guests (depending on the setup). It's unique style with big chandeliers, accent lighting, gorgeous front, and entrance, lends itself for an unforgettable experience. The room features a 1000 sq-ft professional hardwood dancing floor and a bar.
RENTAL FEES
SATURDAY
$2100 for the first four hours + $300/additional hour
4% surcharge for payments with card
Refundable security deposit: $500
WEEKDAYS AND SUNDAY
$300/hr (2 hours min)
Refundable security deposit: $300
4% surcharge for payments with card.
Any events booked on a Friday must be over by 9 PM.
Security Deposit is in addition to the rental fee, and it is refundable after the event provided no damage is done to the venue and times are fulfilled as stated in the contract.
